Okara butter cake (Banh dau nanh)

Learn how to make Okara butter cake. An other great way to make use of okara, a byproduct of making soy milk which actually has more nutrients. The cake turns out very moist and tasty!

♥ Ingredients:

7 Tbsp (100 g) butter, melted
1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp (90 g) sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) enriched bleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
1/2 packed cup + 2 Tbsp (130 g) fresh okara (♥ Watch my video how to make soy milk to get okara here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSf4rYjaWQk)
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Butter for greasing the pan

♥ Nguyên liệu:

7 Tbsp (100 g) muỗng canh bơ, làm tan chảy
1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp (90 g) đường
2 trứng
1/2 cup (100 g) bột làm bánh, hoặc bột đa dụng đã được tẩy (enriched bleached all-purpose flour)
1 tsp (5 g) bột nổi
1/2 cup nén + 2 Tbsp (130 g) xác bã đậu nành (tham khảo cách làm sữa đậu nành để có xác bã đậu nành ở đây)
1 nhúm muối
bơ tan chảy để thoa khuôn
